Mr. and Mrs. Baker | Cannon Green | Charleston, SC

Oh my goodness, these two. This day. This January wedding was definitely one for the books. The weather was incredible (68 degrees to be exact), sunny with just enough clouds. All the moving pieces flowed so perfectly together. When I was checking out the dock Jordan wanted to use for first look, it was swamped with tourists and I wasn’t sure how they would react but thankfully everyone realized what was happening and left! Thank goodness! Their first look was overlooking the Cooper River bridge, with sailboats and seagulls. I mean… it seriously felt like a movie! We then photographed bridal party photos on the cobblestone road by Rainbow Row and I can’t wait for you to see them. The ceremony and reception were at the most beautiful venue (vendors tagged below) that I would recommend again and again. The ceremony took place in the courtyard with their closest family and friends and after saying yes to forever, they enjoyed cocktail hour with their guests. One of my favorite moments throughout this day were the oyster shuckers! They would walk around to guests shucking oysters and it was just the perfect touch to this Charleston wedding. Their reception was filled with yummy food, sweet toasts and lots of dancing. These gamecock fans don’t mess around! Photographing this day was my honor and I love reliving it through their images.
